The First International Maritime Video awards successfully commenced at Dubai in 2007 which succeeded the most awaited launch of Marine BizTV the first global maritime satellite television channel was dedicated exclusively to the maritime industry. The dazzling launch which revolutionalized the maritime world took place on May 7, 2007.

The Second edition of the International Maritime Video Awards mesmerized the God's Own Country; Kerala on 29 - 30, April 2008, the most spectacular event for the entire marine and maritime industry. The event saw a distinguished audience of more than 700 maritime industry professionals from the region and honoured the ShipTek 2008 Awards ceremony through their august presence.

The Third International Maritime Video & Excellence Awards which rocked the shores of the Lion City, Singapore was held on 6 - 7, May 2009. The award ceremony was the most talked about and the captivating gala event of the year.

The International Maritime Video& Excellence is back again with more zeal and eloquence this time at Dubai. The fourth edition of the enthralling event is scheduled at Hotel Crowne Plaza on 19th April 2010.
